A few of our fantastic 4th graders chose to stay inside and offered to help clean up after lunch! Our amazing lunch supervisors were so grateful! Thank you 4th grade helpers!





February Student-Athletes of the Month presented by HeathQuest Physical Therapy.
Faith Thomson - Competitive Cheer - Faith was a leader this year for her team while continuing to grow and excel in her own skills. She is a tremendously hard worker and turns her love for the sport into something that is great to watch on the mat. For her efforts, she earned 1st Team All-BWAC honors.
Matthew Misch - Wrestling - Matt went undefeated through the month of Feburary, winning the BWAC, District, and Regional tournaments. He capped off his wrestling career with a 4th place finish at the MHSAA State Finals.

Last week, sixth graders completed a Gas Mileage activity where students compared two different gas or diesel vehicles and found the cost of fuel to their out of state destination. 🚗🛻


With the near-freezing forecasted temperatures, the High School Baseball games this Wednesday and Thursday have been cancelled.

Over the past ten years, our school community has achieved remarkable milestones, overcome challenges, and laid the foundation for a promising future - we have much to celebrate and be proud of. The amount of laughter and excitement from students during our assembly today was outstanding. 💚
Students enjoyed a few games including our annual Pie Eating Contest. Our winner was Robbie! 🥧










NJHS held a "Guess The Lucky Number" today. During all lunches, students were able to guess how many lucky charms were in the vase. The winner was announced during the assembly. Congrats to Layla for being the closest!






6th grade participated in The Guess Who activity for March is Reading Month by guessing which baby picture belongs to which staff member.

Mrs. Jahr’s 7th grade Social Studies class enjoyed a visit from Mrs. Michon. The listened to several of Aesop’s fables and discussed what they meant.








The entire 5th grade celebrated Pi Day in Math class today. Thank you to all of the families who donated and helped make today so fun! Besides enjoying some delicious pie, the highlight of the day was a competition to see which student in each homeroom could memorize and recite the most digits of pi!
Congratulations to all our winners! Ryan (62 digits), Nora (74 digits), Elise (100 digits), Bryce (148 digits), and Mackenzie (204 digits).











Mrs. Cramton’s 7th and 8th grade math students explored how Pi is used in real life while celebrating Albert Einstein’s birthday!
