
Students in Ms. Gallagher’s Augmented and Virtual Reality course are creating merge cube content that could be used to teach lower elementary students about the 4 seasons. Merge cube is used to project content in Augmented Reality. This is like the content used in social media, marketing, and educational formats.

Our RMS Builder's Club sponsored by the Kiwanis Metro Detroit Young Professionals installed a Free Little Library in our courtyard today. They also did a ground clean-up in celebration of Earth Day!











This week, Mrs. Buchanan’s 5th graders learned about decomposers by completing an investigation with live red worms! Teacher cadets Ms. Gabi and Ms. Lily joined in on the fun as the class discovered the important roles decomposers play within an ecosystem.

The Varsity and JV baseball games against Imlay City will be played at RHS tomorrow (Friday) as a double-header. Varsity will play at 4:30, JV will play immediately after.

RHS Robotics Team 4130 is currently in Houston, Texas for FIRST Robotics World Championship. There are 600 teams there from around the world. Watch them on Twitch today through Saturday. They are on the Newton division.

Today, Richmond Middle School held their NJHS Induction Ceremony. They celebrated the current NJHS members and reflected on the memories made this year along with recognizing the incoming inductees. School Board President, Mrs. Michon, had the honor to give the Gwen Aronson Power of One Award for outstanding leadership to Avery Gross, NJHS President. NJHS advisor, Mrs. Walla is very proud of their achievements and can’t wait to see what next year brings. 💙

Varsity Softball swept a double-header at Imlay City.
JV Softball followed suit, sweeping the Spartans.
Girls Tennis opened league play with a 5-3 win over Imlay City.

5th grade STEAM students competed a team building activity today by using limited materials to build the longest paper chain. There were lots of great ideas! Congrats to the winning team! 👏

The RHS Varsity Girls Soccer Team hosted Almont in a rematch of last year's District Semifinal. The Raiders scored a goal in each half, winning 2-0.
The Blue Devils will be back in action Wednesday at Imlay City.
