After reviewing the forecasted temperature, wind chill, and expected rain and snow—and considering the projected potential for icy and slick road conditions — Richmond Community Schools will be closed on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families during what may be hazardous travel conditions. All district buildings will be closed.

The High School Holiday Choir Concert has been rescheduled for Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
