Richmond Community Schools is utilizing the Model Superintendent Evaluation Tool for evaluation of the superintendent.  The training was provided through the Macomb Intermediate School District with representatives from Collins and Blaha, P.C.  The district then provided additional support through Board Workshops and Meetings.
