I was a student teacher at RHS in the fall of 1994. After my student teaching was completed in January, I was hired at Richmond to teach High School  Physical Education and Social Studies in February, 1995.

Teaching has been a lifetime dream of mine. I have always enjoyed working with students at RHS. Being a positive role model and having an impact on my students really pushes me to be the best teacher I can be. I have been a life long learner! I am always eager to improve learning that takes place in my classroom.

Outside of the Classroom:
I am the Senior Class Advisor and the S.A.D.D. Adviser . I coached Varsity Football, Varsity Baseball and JV Basketball over my years at RHS. I always try to be involved in as many activities I can. I am currently the Varsity Assistant Baseball Coach at Richmond High School.

When I am not in school, I enjoy sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family: wife, Kerry, and two sons, Brady and Griffin.  I have a passion for history and am involved in local historical societies.
