This will be my thirteenth year in Richmond and my twentieth year of involvement with public education. I have enjoyed the opportunity to teach every grade level in every building here at Richmond, and I currently serve the district as the middle school physical education teacher. Over the years, I have also had the pleasure of serving the district as the Head Boys Basketball Coach, Middle School Athletic Coordinator, and Interim High School Assistant Principal.
I value my role as a mentor to young people and work every day to help our students grow physically, academically, emotionally, and socially. I truly believe that physical education is a vital part of any school program, as it contributes to the quality and quantity of life for all students.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and reading. In addition, I have over 25 years of experience coaching basketball at the youth, middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional levels.
Please feel free to contact me anytime regarding the physical education program here at Richmond Middle School.
