    PCMI Employment Check List.  To get started with the process of being hired as a substitute by Richmond Community Schools and PCMI, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

    1. Go to

    2. Click on the EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYEES, ENROLLMENT tab (center tab)

    3. Click on ENROLLMENT on right-hand side

    4. Click on START NOW at the bottom of the page.

    5. Find the letter that correlates with Richmond Community Schools.


    7. Click on the enrollment packet for the position you are qualified to do (e.g. coach, it would be coaching employment)

    8. Start the process by clicking on the START NOW tab

    9. This will bring up the pre-employment packet and these forms are fillable, after you have completed this information print the information

    10. Please print these pages and sign in the areas provided and follow the instructions on Step 2, 3,& 4

    11. It is very important that you have been Livescan Fingerprinted before you can work at Richmond Community Schools

    12. Please contact Richmond Community Schools if you need a fingerprint location or download the Livescan form under Step Two and go to the website to find a location near you

    13. If you have been Livescan fingerprinted for another district, please be sure you write the district that has your fingerprint results on the Fingerprint Release Form so were are able to obtain this information quickly and efficiently.

    14. Once you have followed Steps 1-4, please fax or mail your information to the address listed on your enrollment packet.

    15. When we receive your fingerprint results and the PA189 returned from your previous employer, we will then send you the post employment packet.

    16. Please complete this information as soon as possible; fax, mail, or email your information tot he address listed on Packet 2.

    17. Please try and complete this process in a timely manner we have districts that are waiting for qualified employees.

    18. Please note you are not able to coach, substitute teach, or do any other position within Richmond Community Schools without receiving notification from PCMI that you are a "compliant employee."
