Blackboard is an online learning tool that allows students to generate their own knowledge through online research, collaborative learning, and discussion forums. Using Blackboard allows the teacher to "share" the power of learning. Due to student interactions that take place, Blackboard requires a username and password to enter. Please contact the teacher if you have more questions regarding their Blackboard site.
Just a reminder to all students in my classes.... we will start using blackboard regularly to access classroom work and to engage in online discussions. Be sure to log into the site regularly (www.bb91.misd.net). Your user name is ric followed by your student number (for example, ric232323), and your password will be the last four digits of your home phone number.
